Terms of Use

Welcome to Vocedia ("App"), a language learning application developed by TrueCraft Studio ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vocedia, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

Vocedia provides a language learning platform that includes:

• Vocabulary study sessions with multiple exercise types
• Level detection and personalized learning paths
• Progress tracking, streaks, and achievement badges
• Flashcards and interactive quizzes

3. User Accounts

You may use Vocedia as a guest (anonymous mode) or create an account by linking your email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated methods to access the App without our permission
• Submit offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content through feedback or other features

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, images, and software, is the property of TrueCraft Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueCraft Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
